TG 480 PV FULL AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINE

TG 480 PV has been manufactured as system with pallet, the deviations on the pallet length has eradicated with the support of pallet motor photocell and encoder. Besides, a control panel equip with Pie and computer supported has been attached to our machine as the result of developing a product. Model TG 480 P has a structure completely equipped with Pie and mechanic system. There is no of defaults like unbalancing and breaking in case something is jammed through the jaws as the blade systems are mounted on two dampers. Although TG 480 PV can be installed on double system separately- threaded dosaglng dosaging, it can be installed as single treaded, i.e. dusty products or single volumetric (claps), i.e. grain products. An imported balance system can be installed optionally. The sidling and separating of table of TG 480 PV to the packing has completely been designed automatically, and when the machine is started, packets approach to the packing and absorb it. the machine is stopped, it automatically reverses the process. Thanks to this system, the manual defaults of the operator are eradicated. It provides a major facility for the operator by means of fully computer Pie control system and all adjustment is done from this panel. The length defaults and photocell deviations are decreased to zero providing length adjustment sensitive at the works with without photocells. It is a machine with a little maintenance and no failure, and easy to use.
