TG 480 P PACKING MACHINE WITH VOLUMETRIC SYSTEM FULL AUTOMATION
SPECIFICATIONS
The TG 480 packaging machine with full automation works in a unique line.
The product to be packaged by the machine should be sieved, cleaned and it
fills in volumetrically the classified products (dry bean, lentil, chickpea,
graupel and rice). It forms this product into a square parcel. As a final
step it shrinks them in the form of a parcel. Thus the product is packaged
automatically but not manually. To operate this machine only two staffs are
employed: one as operator, the other one is employed to pour the products
into the elevator reservoir.
1- TG 480 P is controlled by the Siemens S7 Simatic panel.
2- The machine is designed as a double balance
In addition it can be optionally transformed into volumetric system
3- Automatic feeding performs the product inlet by the machine.
4- By means of the square packaging equipment mounted on the front group of
the machine, a type a type parcel named the sitting parcel can be formed.
This group is processed only from 500 gram to 1000 gram. There are collar
and stones(yaka ve taşlar) in two different gramage.
5- By the automatic shrink (Siemens logo panel) included in the machine, the
octal shrink parcel can be taken.
6- The specification written in the fourth and fifth articles can be
optionally excluded from the machine.
7- The machine has the possibility of working with photocell, endless roller
and encoder.
8- The panel on the machine can do the right and the left adjusting of the
machine, the redactor also does this adjustment.
9- The machine draws the package by a palette system
10- The colour of the machine is metallic silver. It is an acrylic dye.
11- For the human security the machine has the necessary precautions.
12- The machine chassis is mounted on an aluminium cast and platinum plate
of which thickness varies from 3mm to 10mm
13- As the product inlet unit, the weighing unit, separately mounted from
the packing unit, the gramage errors are reduced at a minimum quantity
14- The packing capacity of the machine is from 0 gram to 5000 gram
15- The sides of the machine are squares. This prevents the parcel to slide
and scratch.
16- For an easy and comfortable operation all the equipments are assembled
on a unique board.
17- As the errors, which may occur on the machine, are simultaneously warned
on the PLC panel; they can be prevented.
