TG 480 P FULLY AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINE TG 480 P this is our new designed model. It has been equipped with the most developed technology and offered to the service of the users. TG 480 P it has entirely been equipped with electro-mechanic system. Because of the knives system assembled on two dashpots, it doesn't damage the adjustment and it doesn't cause a break down in case something pinches at the jaw space. TGS 480 P has been manufactured as palette system. The veers on the package height are abolished by the support of palette motor photocell encoder. TG 480 P can be assembled in screwed dosage. + double system volumetric dosage. The head can be fixed for the dosage of floury productions and for the volumetric dosage of the grains. Imported balance system also can be assembled if desired. TG 480 P the approach of the machine palette to the parcel and separating from it is automatically done. When you start the machine the palettes go close to the parcel and draws it. When you stop it, the palettes automatically open back. The faults on the manual regulation of the operator are prevented. This machine is entirely electronic, the control system has got a panel board. All the adjustments are made from this panel board. It gives the operator a great facility. Working with photocell or without photocell, adjusting length is realized delicately, and as a result of this, photocell deflection reduced to zero. Depth 1100 mm.
