TG 480 P FULLY AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINE

TG 480 P was manufactured as a palette system and the veers on the package height are abolished by the support of palette motor photocell and encoder. In addition to this as a result of developing new production, command panel, which is with PLC decoration and also supported by computer, assembled on the machine.
TG 480 P Model completely rigged with PLC and mechanic system. Because of the knives system assembled on two dashpots in case something pinches at the jaw it doesn't damage the adjustment and it doesn't break itself.
TG 480 P can be assembled in bath doubled system screwed dosage + Volumetric dosage, and the head can be separately assembled for floury productions or single volumetric grains. If desired imported balance system also can be assembled.
TG 480 P Machine palette fully automatically designed that it both can easily closes to the package and departs from the package. When the machine starts, it closes to the package and draws the package. When it stops it automatically takes the open position. By the help of this system the faults of the operator's adjustment are prevented.
Being the instruction system panel computer PLC and being all the instruction given from this panel, it gives easiness to the operator. During studies with or without photocell adjusting length mistakes and photocell depart decreased to zero (0).
