PRODUCTION PROPERTIES

It is the first and only designed patented packing machine. The control board is located on the front section. There is nothing at the right and left of the machine, so it keeps fewer places in the workshop.
It has a conveying nickel-plated line having the particularity of conveying from 75 kg to 100 kg. By means of the electronic indicator the temperature can be delicately adjusted. The furnace body is completely isolated so loss of heat reduced into minimum level.
The machine body is constructed from 2,5 mm and 3 mm sheet metal, isolated from iso glass plate both internally and externally completely dyed.
The conveyor manufactured as a solid axle, connected to a system allowing the chain to work comfortably.
Heat control realizes automatic digitally. Pneumatic control works with automatic pedal. The goods come from the machine as packed form, stay on the outlet conveyor and cooled by stretched and tight packing is achieved very well.

Food sector: Olive, olive oil, meat and poultry, pekmez, sesame oil, jam, honey, biscuits, wafers, squash, fruit juice, milk productions, tea etc.
Industrial Sector: Chemistry, automotive forestry and wood industry etc.
