Production Specialisation

It is the first and only designed patented packing machine with TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) quality certificate. The control board is located on the front part. On the control board are tunnel heater, palette, fun and cooling control buttons. The machine doesn't have anything on its right and left side, so it keeps fewer places. It has a conveying nickel-plated line having the particularity of conveying from 75 to 100 kg. This line can be optionally rush met. The analogue thermostat adjusts the internal tunnel heating and jaw heatings. As the body of the furnace is completely isolated with stone wood- iso glass wool, so the heating consumption is reduced at minimum.
It is thanks to the fun placed in the tunnel that the dry and hot air distribution is equally realized and the nylon packing will be easier.
The machine body is constructed from 2,5 mm and 3 mm sheet metal, isolated with iso glass plate and internally and externally completely dyed. It can be optionally manufactured from nickel chrome sheet as well. The conveyor manufactured as a solid axle connected to a system allowing the chain to work comfortably.
The sticking system is worked by a pneumatic pedal, which enables the operator to work easily. A double piston realizes the jaw movement. The packed goods by the machine stay on the outlet conveyor. The goods outlet as packed by the machine stay on the outlet conveyor and are cooled by the cooling fans during this time. So a stretched and tight packing is very well achieved.
