TGS 60 FULLY AUTOMATIC SHRINK PACKING MACHINE PROPERTIES

1- Machine body and other components have been manufactured from 2,5 mm stainless materials for heavy working conditions.
2- Machine isolation is made with rabitz stone wools
3- The electric components were prepared by Siemens using- Telemekanik - ABB productions.
4- The machine control is supported by PLC. SİEMENS S-7 panel is used for control panel.
5- Machine tunnel band is made of wicker material, which has a high resistance against high temperature.
6- The speed control apparatus supplies tunnel band speed of the machine. For speed control apparatus SIEMENS - TELEMEKANİK or ABB materials are used.
7- The band moving system is made of motors and redactors.
8- The resistance of the machine are made of stainless materials. In case a defect it is easy to replace these resistances.
9- A digital thermostat realizes machine tunnel temperature.
10- A scentless and smokeless jaw thermostat is used to control the tunnel heat.
11- The interior tunnel heat circulation is realized by radial fans.
12- Tunnel outlet cooling system of the machine has been designed as two parts, from the top and from the bottom. It prevents the palette getting heat in a short time and packing happens sooner.
13- How does this machine work: It is side nourished; cardboards are lined up side by side in three rows. It works with or without cardboards. It is applicable to outlet conveyor. Its height adjustable to ground code.
14- Working capacity of the machine is 400-500 parcel / hour. (this may differ comparing the other parcel conditions)
