He was born in Baskoy/Doganhisar in 1963, and completed his primary school
and scondary education at Baskoy Primary school in 1977. In the year 1978 he was established in Istanbul Street in Konya because of his father, Hamit Turan's business. He started to work for the company Tekfen Motor Bobbinage as an apprentice with difficulty on the bobbinage which was the favorite business of that time. He was trained on the electric bobbinage and welding machines at the company Tekfen Motor Bobbinage. He established his first workshop named Turan Bobbinage and Electric in the year 1981 - 1982. He stopped doing his business for a while in order to do his military service. In the year 1986 he re-established his own place in a 25 m2 workshop at the Demirciler Industrial Area on Electric Motor Bobbinage in order to manufacture machines in small scale. There were no works on packing and packaging machines in Konya in the year 1987. The manufacturer companies we paying lots of money for such machinery. Aziz Turan moved his workshop to a 100 m2 place in the Karatay Industrial Area acting quickly in this field. He put his signature on some firsts such as Automatic Pulse packing machine, Shrink Packing machine and inflating machines in Anatolia. In the years 1987 - 1991 there had been major advances on the Packing and Shrink machines, and parallel to this Turangil Machinery Industry caught the performance and features of its European peers by doing innovations within their operations. Turangil Machinery Industry has gotten stronger in both the administration and marketing with the participation of Rasim and Halim brothers, and has been well-known both in Turkey and abroad through the participation of the fairs and organizations. Turangil Machinery Industry realized the production of Plastic drum inflating machines and plastic bag machines in the year 1993. In 1994 it was re-formed under the name of Turangil Plastic and Packing Machines Industry and Trade Ltd. The increase of the production and manufacture led to room problem to a great extent in 1995 - 1996. Aziz Turan had increased the covered area of the enterprise from 300 m2 to 1000 m2. Because of having Patent and Adequacy problems, he got the patent and Service Adequacy Certificates in the same year. All the machinery being manufactured
at the moment are of patent and officially registered. Aziz Turan, who pursues the advances at close range, established Goltur Inc., which has plural partners in November 1998 and is still active on the manufacturing of Plastic bags and Shrink
nylons. On the 14th day of May 1999 Aziz Turan, who was a model person, a model businessman and industrialist, passed away because of the disease FmF and went to the Heaven. May God have mercy on him.
